Snow Day

We ventured out to the snow on New Years Eve.   We had to leave a few hours after we got there because the kids had no snow clothes and they were soaking wet. They were sad that we had to go but we promised we would go again before the snow melts. It was a fun trip and they can't wait to get back sledding. I am glad we don't live in the snow, but it is great to only have to travel 35 minutes to see the snow.

Disneyland Pics

Disneyland

We went to Disneyland with some friends last week.  The kids had a blast.  We decided to leave Titan home and have the freedom of no diapers for a few days.  The trip was great.  Disneyland was not crowded and for the first time we all could go on all the rides.  Just having three kids was a treat.  It is amazing how one child not with us makes such a difference.  Don't get me wrong we missed Titan.  We just figured he would never remember the trip to Disney anyway so why not leave him home.

I had to document this beat up face on my blog.  Nash fell from a bench right on his head and it resulted in two black eyes.  The next day was Sunday and his face was swollen and very bruised up. I remember thinking he looked like a Demon child.  He looked a little scary. He was a great sport about the whole thing.

Christmas Day

Christmas Eve

We had the Missionaries over for Christmas Eve dinner.  I am sure they thought our family was a little crazy.  The kids were so excited about Christmas and they were loaded on sugar.  The Missionaries got to participate in our Christmas Eve traditions and everyone seemed to have alot of fun.  A few of our traditions our reinacting the nativity scene, exchanging presents we bought for eachother and opening Christmas PJ's.  It is so fun to start traditions with our own kids. They get excited about each and every tradition.
